CANCELLATIONS

Please respect and value our time together! These policies will be strictly enforced. Cancellations, no-shows, and showing late up does not allow for enough time to fill the slot/ accommodate other clients. As a reminder, this is someone's livelihood, and will result in leaving a large gap in their day. By booking an appointment with First Glance Beauty Essentials you are agreeing to comply with all of these policies.

We understand life doesn't always play out as planned! We respectfully require at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel free of charge. Under 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cancelled service. If you need to reschedule your appointment instead of cancel, as a courtesy, please try to do it 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

NO-SHOWS

 If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment without prior notice, this is considered a "no-show." We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no-shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. No exceptions, no refunds. After 3 no-shows you will no longer be able to book any appointments at First Glance Beauty Essentials. 

LATE

If you are running late to an appointment, we ask that you contact us to let us know, otherwise we may assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. You can contact First Glance Beauty Essentials via email, instagram direct message, or by phone. If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate you weather that be a fill instead of a full set, a semi fill instead of a fill, a lash lift only instead of a lash lift and tint or an altered makeup look. If you are late and your appointment has to be altered, you will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to apply the no show policy. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your service if the time allows it.

SICK

Please do not show up to your appointment if you are sick or feeling unwell. We understand the importance of wanting to look your best at all times but do yourself a favour and rest up! To keep clients safe, we don't show up feeling ill so neither should you. A face mask can be provided for clients that may prefer one. Cancellation policy and no-show policy still apply.
